Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to specialize in U.S. Commercial Real Estate audits. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with U.S.-based engagement teams and contribute to high-impact audits.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including responsiveness to US Offices.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting and reporting standards generally accepted in United States, as well as experience with US GAAP & US GAAS research. They will also be able to develop reasonable time budgets and coordinate audit requests to meet time constraints and client deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform and assist with audits, reviews, and compilations for clients in various industries under US GAAP and US GAAS.
  2. Prepare and analyze financial statements and evaluate internal controls.
  3. Assist with the coordination of day-to-day duties, planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up.
Requirements
  1. CPA (or in process) or CA with 3-5 years of experience within a public accounting firm or US auditing CPA firm.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including responsiveness to US Offices.
  3. Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities are required.
  4. Industry exposure: Commercial Real Estate.
  5. Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.
Work Environment

Job Location: Hyderabad or Ahmedabad

Work Timings: 10:30 AM IST-7 PM IST
