Sales Director

Jisha Enterprise Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Product Knowledge: Conduct product training sessions to enhance the team's understanding and selling skills.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships efficiently and conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss product options and recommend suitable solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Training and Development: Participate in training programs and workshops to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A Master's degree, such as an MBA (Master of Business Administration), is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, particularly in the textile industry.
- Skills: Strong sales abilities, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a sales team to achieve their goals.
