Purpose of the Role

This role drives, assists, and ensures seamless coordination between internal and external teams/stakeholders through document management. The successful candidate will develop and build beautiful residential homes within prescribed timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate will plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects, and vendors. They will also monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in internal and external stakeholder meetings to ensure timely project completion.

Main Responsibilities
  • Follow and review current internal communication, reporting, and documentation protocols to suggest improvements where required, in collaboration with design managers, construction teams, procurement teams, and other internal and external teams.
  • Set project schedules and ensure timely completion of all design, engineering, procurement, and construction activities based on project schedules.
  • Create periodic reports for various projects and prepare weekly project snapshots and action plans.
  • Supervise Construction Managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes.
  • Onboard, lead, drive, and coordinate with various internal teams and external consultants for all design, construction, procurement, sales-related activities.
  • Assist and coordinate with design managers, value engineers, site teams, procurement teams, sales teams, permissions, and new business teams, legal teams for project-related scope.
  • Evaluate and adhere to project budgets and manage all consultant payments.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely closure of all site-related RFIs for design and engineering verticals.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Education

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Project Management or related field, or an MBA/Project Management Professional certification with 7-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Estimated salary: ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
