Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled India Recruitment Lead to oversee and drive recruitment efforts across our operations. This role involves managing the recruitment process, collaborating with senior managers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent for various roles across different functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
    • Lead the recruitment process for India operations, focusing on timely, cost-effective, and quality hiring across multiple business functions.
    • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Build and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all positions, from sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of recruitment activities.
    • Drive best practices in recruitment and candidate sourcing, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
    • Identify and address any skill gaps within the team, provide training, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management:
    • Leverage various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and campus recruitment, to build a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
    • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, especially for hard-to-fill and niche roles.
    • Create and nurture relationships with potential candidates to maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Engagement & Experience:
    • Ensure a positive, engaging, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
    • Maintain clear communication with candidates regarding the status of their application and provide timely feedback.
    • Act as an ambassador for the employer brand, promoting the company's values and culture to attract top talent.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with business leaders and HR partners to provide guidance on talent trends, hiring strategies, and market intelligence.
    • Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, identify required competencies, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
    • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are being met and adjust strategies as needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any IT-related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in India talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technology.
  • Proven experience in managing high-volume recruitment and hiring across multiple functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Indian job market, including talent trends and salary benchmarking.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.

Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
