Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customer Acquisition Portfolio Leader to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to meet or exceed quarterly targets and building strong relationships with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • DEVELOP AND EXECUTE A SALES STRATEGY TO MEET OR EXCEED QUARTERLY TARGETS
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHANNEL PARTNERS AND ENSURE THEY HAVE A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF FINNAL'S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
  • ACQUIRE CUSTOMERS THROUGH CHANNEL PARTNERS BY MEETING SALES TARGETS AND PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • MANAGE AND GROW THE BUSINESS WITH EACH CHANNEL PARTNER
  • ACT AS THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT FOR ANY PARTNER ISSUE RESOLUTION
  • MONITOR THE CREDIT PERFORMANCE OF YOUR PORTFOLIO AND ENSURE IT REMAINS WITHIN ESTABLISHED CREDIT BENCHMARKS

Requirements:

  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN SALES LEADERSHIP WITH EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING AND EXECUTING EFFECTIVE SALES STRATEGIES
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
  • ABILITY TO BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHANNEL PARTNERS AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
  • EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
  • PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITIES AND A RESULTS-DRIVEN APPROACH

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
