Staffing and Capacity Management

As a key member of our Human Resources group, you will play a vital role in developing and executing successful recruiting programs, learning and expertise development initiatives, and strategic staffing assignments.


Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for:



  • Documenting current and future staffing commitments as they evolve over the project lifecycle
  • Coordinating and sharing information between recruiting, staffing, and HR generalists for new hires
  • Ensuring proper tracking of developmental goals, skills, and expertise of teams
  • Capturing demand in scheduling tools as needed in coordination with scheduling leads
  • Producing and distributing standard reports (e.g., capacity, utilization, etc.)
  • Providing ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Monitoring hours reports and highlighting exceptions to appropriate personnel
  • Maintaining the scheduling system with regular audits to ensure data integrity
  • Providing support on tools training as needed with employees

Requirements

We seek an experienced HR professional with a BA/BS degree, strong academic performance, and at least one year of relevant work experience. You should have:



  • Training, education, or experience relevant to the role
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
