At Lease On Click, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and driving growth within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with private and public landlords, as well as retail partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, landlords, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leasable locations and opportunities.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and renegotiate existing agreements as needed.
  • Research and analyze market trends to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a B2B sales or account management role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet goals.
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
