Job Title: BPM Architect

Job Summary:

The BPM Architect plays a crucial role in designing and implementing IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) solutions to meet the organization's business process automation and integration needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing IBM BPM solutions to automate and streamline business processes.
  • Implementing process modeling, simulation, and optimization to improve process efficiency.
  • Creating and maintaining business process definitions and rules to support process automation.
  • Integrating IBM BPM with external systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance in the design and development of BPM solutions.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements.
  • Participating in solution architecture and design reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Performing troubleshooting and issue resolution for BPM solutions and integrations.
  • Documenting technical design, deployment procedures, and operational support documentation.
  • Supporting testing, quality assurance, and performance tuning of BPM solutions.
  • Conducting knowledge transfer and training sessions for end users and support teams.
  • Staying updated with the latest IBM BPM technology trends and best practices.
  • Participating in the assessment and selection of BPM tools and technologies.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and driving BPM maturity within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an IBM BPM Architect or in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) and related tools.
  • Proficiency in process modeling, business rules, and integration techniques.
  • Solid understanding of BPMN, BPEL, and other BPM industry standards.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing BPM solutions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies in BPM implementation.
  • Certifications in IBM BPM or related technologies is a plus.
  • Experience in full software development life cycle and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Good understanding of governance, compliance, and security aspects in BPM solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
