  • Manage display and its key components, working with suppliers and cross-functional team members to evaluate product design (DFx) and develop modules focusing on quality and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop the display and its components' manufacturing processes in the supplier's factory.
  • Manage the development and implementation of a quality control plan for the display and its key components at the supplier's factory, driving display quality sustaining and consistency.
  • Drive manufacturing yield improvement in both early development phase and mass production of the display.
  • Lead failure analysis, root cause verification, and corrective action implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the consumer electronics manufacturing industry in supplier development engineering, supplier quality management, or technical program management.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in display mechanical, electrical, and optical design and system work for excellence (DFX) manufacturability (DFM), design for test (DFT), design for reliability (DFR), etc.
