Soliton Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a high-technology software company headquartered in India, serving global companies across industries.
Position OverviewThis position focuses on identifying and selling Soliton Services to potential customers in the Hi-Tech Engineering space, specifically Semiconductor, Medical Devices, Automotive & Capital Equipment Manufacturers.
The clear objectives of this role include meeting targets and delivering feedback to the organization to improve alignment with existing accounts or penetrate new accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Finding and closing opportunities while building relationships of trust at multiple levels within a customer account
- Developing a clear understanding of a client's business needs using solution-selling and team-selling techniques
- Assisting customers in understanding the business impact of implementing Soliton solutions
- Achieve an annual quota and deliver double-digit portfolio growth by closing sales within target accounts
- Prioritize, develop, and execute an account and site-based plan to address the account's needs and concerns
- Act as a business and technical consultant to customers and prospects, establishing strong customer relationships through professional interactions
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for both internal and external interactions
- 5+ years of proven sales experience
- Experience in developing and executing successful account plan strategies that have converted into business wins
- Highest Salary: ₹ 60 Lakhs per annum (Estimated)
- Hybrid work model, flexible to work from office
- Travel includes international travel to US, Europe & Asia Pacific, Availability of US travel visa a plus
