About the Role

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Business Service Support Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a key point of contact for clients, you will provide expert advice and high-quality services in accordance with client needs and agreed scope of service agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Client Service Advisors to understand client business and insurance requirements.
  • Contribute to the formulation of Service Plans, Reports, Presentations, and other client documents as required.
  • Support Client Service Advisors in preparing for internal renewal strategy meetings.
  • Draft comprehensive marketing presentations and renewal reports, working with Client Service Advisors to develop technical skills.
  • Arrange and participate in internal discovery meetings.
  • Establish and develop effective working relationships with Insurers and liaise with Insurers as per agreed parameters and processes to support client service.
  • Coordinate global programmes and effectively communicate with network offices.
  • Provide ongoing support with administrative tasks such as client onboarding, document management, etc.

Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and compliance with Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company.

Professional Representation: Professionally represent Aon, demonstrating an understanding of corporate objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 to 8 years of strong experience across the Insurance and/or Financial Services industry.
  • Passionate, curious, engaging individual who enjoys human interactions and developing deep relationships and connections.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to deadlines.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required.
  • A positive can-do approach and mindset.
  • A problem-solving mindset – seeks out solutions rather than problems.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail – will be drafting detailed reports and client communications.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team.
  • Willingness to learn and develop from the bottom up.
