About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Solutions Team Lead to oversee our data collection, ingestion, and delivery processes for commercial real estate data. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of analysts in research, data collection, and ingestion of key commercial real estate data
  • Engage with internal clients globally, understand their needs, manage delivery timelines, and resolve issues of medium to high complexity
  • Allocate incoming requests to the team, prioritize actions, and monitor team resources to meet customer deadlines
  • Refine and manage QA requirements specific to deliverables, including active involvement in review as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure quality assurance of work delivery
  • Responsible for managing the delivery of end-to-end deliverables across multiple platforms
  • Manage KPIs and ensure teams are functioning effectively according to benchmark
  • Manage employee review process in conjunction with manager
  • Support employee growth and development through delegation of upskill opportunities
  • Assist in expanding the Global Service Centre through recruitment and hiring initiatives
  • Build a culture of continual process improvement and expand deliverables from GSC Team
  • Continuously upgrade personal and team-level knowledge regarding real estate analysis and best practices
  • Act as SME for defined processes and ensure teams have required resources to be successful

Requirements:

  • Experience working with cross-border teams is an asset
  • Post-graduate diploma or degree in business management or related field
  • Work experience preferably in Commerce, Real Estate, Economics, or Finance
  • Real estate background, specifically Commercial experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and oral presentation
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Ability to deliver expectations of the team and manage to desired outcomes
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to take initiative and be resourceful
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty, and ethics
