Responsibilities

  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by authorized medical professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care strategies, promoting optimal outcomes and continuous quality improvement.
  • Provide educational sessions and counseling to patients and families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of patient information, adhering to strict data protection policies and regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices, research, and technological advancements in the field of nursing.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Licensure: Current RN licensure and relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
    • Demonstrated expertise in nursing practice, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
    • Familiarity with electronic health records and other healthcare software systems.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role.
