Job Title

Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of complex data solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL and a deep understanding of data from an analytical perspective.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset to support business-driven initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, optimizing, and maintaining complex SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Working extensively with JSON data formats for integration and processing.
  • Designing and implementing payloads/API calls to facilitate seamless data exchange between services/systems.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Reviewing and understanding legacy system code to ensure smooth integration and migration processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Hands-on experience with JSON and REST API integration.
  • Ability to read and understand legacy code.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Benefits:

  • Knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages for data manipulation.
  • Familiarity or basic experience with BI reporting.

Other Requirements:

  • 11-13 years of hands-on development experience.
  • Healthcare/financial domain experience, deep analytics.
  • Experience managing, leading, and supporting teams of developers.
  • Working knowledge of data modeling, solution architecture, normalization, data profiling, etc.
