Sales Representative for Edutech Inside Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our Edutech Inside Sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Student Admission and Target Achievement: Responsible for student admission and achieving their targets.
- Customer Understanding and Pitching: Understand customer needs/requirements and pitch a suitable program.
- Closing Sales and Quarterly Quotas: Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Counselling and Communication: Counselling, interacting with students and parents, and supporting students one-on-one in their selection of course, application process, and meeting application deadlines.
- Documentation and Information Provision: Assist students in obtaining necessary documentation needed for the application process and provide information regarding admissions requirements and processes.
- Application Handling and Communication: Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants.
Requirements:
- Empathy and Relationship Building: Ability to empathize with students and parents, thus able to build relationships through conversations.
- Target-Driven Sales Environment: Strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Lead Conversion and CRM Experience: Proven expertise in converting leads into sales and experience working with CRM.
- Language and Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi languages is a must-have, along with strong listening and presentation skills.
Education and Experience: The ideal candidate should have a Grad degree and a minimum of 6 months of experience in Edutech sales. Some relevant experience in companies like UpGrad, Vedantu, Extramarks Education, or Unacademy is a plus.
