HORECA Business Development Manager

Ninjacart, a pioneering agritech company, is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, category management, procurement, and distribution for the assigned territory.

Your RoleYou will own the PnL of the territory, driving volumes, revenue, and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales and category management for the assigned territory
- Owning the expansion and scale-up strategy for the HORECA channel
- New account/customer acquisition and competition benchmarking
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of Salesforce and ops efficiency
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to continuously improve the P&L for the assigned Territory/Zone/Area

- An MBA with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Category/Sales & Distribution with mid-large size teams in FMCG Sector/Fresh business/early stage B2B start-ups with an established field sales structure
- A proven track record in HORECA/MT Sales, Business development, Owning Volumes, Revenue & PnL of the assigned territory
- Prior experience in handling 0 to 1 businesses is a plus
- Should be fluent in Hindi, Telugu, English
Estimated salary: ₹60-80 lakhs per annum, based on location and experience.
