Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our Founders Office. As a key team member, you will work closely with our CEO and leadership team to help scale our company, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure seamless execution across teams.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves taking ownership, and wants exposure to all aspects of building a startup - from operations and strategy to hiring and partnerships.

As a member of our Founders Office, you will have the opportunity to lead critical projects, design and implement scalable processes, and support our CEO on strategic priorities. You will also be responsible for ensuring alignment across teams and facilitating collaboration to move fast on high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multi-Project Ownership: Lead critical projects across business operations, growth, hiring, and partnerships.
  • Process Building: Help design and implement scalable processes and SOPs for a growing organization.
  • CEO Support: Work closely with our Founder on strategic priorities, investor updates, internal communications, and key decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Ensure alignment across teams and facilitate collaboration to move fast on high-impact initiatives.
  • Research & Strategy: Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and prepare insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Hiring Support: Partner with leadership to drive recruitment processes, from sourcing to candidate engagement.
  • General Problem-Solving: Be the go-to person for tackling urgent or ambiguous challenges that don't have a clear owner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working at early-stage startups (internships or full-time).
  • Prior professional experience handling multiple tasks/projects at once (e.g., leadership roles).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure situations.
  • A passionate, hardworking, and responsible approach to problem-solving and ownership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
