Guest Service Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Executive to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts, ensuring all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
- Operate the switchboard effectively, handling all calls promptly and professionally.
- Document accurately all internal and guest messages, distributing them according to specified hotel procedures.
- Assist with reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
- Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
- Control room inventory and assign rooms according to guest needs.
- Ensure complete and thorough product knowledge of the hotel and its services.
- Accept and monitor luggage for safekeeping or storage in the office, transferring it to and from guest rooms and parking areas as necessary.
- Provide courteous and competent services to guests, conveying a sense of their importance and projecting a professional environment that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) degree required. 2 years of experience as a Guest Service Associate is preferred.
