Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Executive to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service to guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
  • Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts, ensuring all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
  • Operate the switchboard effectively, handling all calls promptly and professionally.
  • Document accurately all internal and guest messages, distributing them according to specified hotel procedures.
  • Assist with reservations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
  • Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Control room inventory and assign rooms according to guest needs.
  • Ensure complete and thorough product knowledge of the hotel and its services.
  • Accept and monitor luggage for safekeeping or storage in the office, transferring it to and from guest rooms and parking areas as necessary.
  • Provide courteous and competent services to guests, conveying a sense of their importance and projecting a professional environment that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) degree required. 2 years of experience as a Guest Service Associate is preferred.
