Business Development Representative

About the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious individual with excellent communication skills to engage with customers, support sales processes, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and building relationships to promote our products or services.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing sales materials, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Identify potential customers, follow up on leads, and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to provide accurate information and effectively answer customer queries.
- Customer Service: Address customer concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive experience that leads to repeat business and referrals.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities, and provide regular reports to management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.
- Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and engage with customers effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
This role offers a competitive salary range of ₹5,00,000 - ₹7,50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
