Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join our team as a finance and accounts expert. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, Indian accounting standards, taxation, and auditing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting & Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with Indian GAAP / IFRS, finalize accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, manage reconciliations, general ledger scrutiny, and variance investigation.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Handle direct and indirect tax compliance including Income Tax, GST, and TDS, ensure timely filing of tax returns and accurate documentation, coordinate with consultants/authorities for assessments and regulatory queries.
  • Auditing & Internal Controls: Support statutory, internal, and tax audits with schedules and documentation, strengthen internal controls and risk management processes, assist in regulatory reporting requirements as applicable.
  • Business Partnering & Process Improvements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive finance-related initiatives, support automation and process enhancement in financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Experience: 2-3 years post-qualification, preferably in accounting, and taxation roles.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of FP&A, Indian accounting standards, taxation, and auditing.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work in dynamic environments.
