The role of Assistant Vice President requires a strong focus on lead identification and new business development for liability products, ensuring a consistent flow of revenue for WTW. Key responsibilities include:

Lead Identification and New Business Development

  • Actively seek opportunities for new and expanded business opportunities, generate leads, set up meetings, and acquire new clients.
  • Engage with CXO's of Corporate organizations to generate Liability Insurance related Proposals.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Effective and regular client engagement and relationship management throughout the year, as needed.
  • Participate and contribute in client and insurer meetings, as needed.

Policy Servicing and Maintenance

  • Post placement/renewal activities, including issuance of cover confirmation letters, completion of subjectivities for policy issuance, and ongoing policy servicing for mid-term adjustments, endorsements, and tax invoices.
  • Maintain placement files for all transactions, in line with internal compliance requirements.
