Job Description:

This role involves growing our customer base, driving sales, and establishing partnerships with affiliates. You will be responsible for directly engaging with clients, identifying potential affiliates, and supporting our efforts to expand through new channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with high net worth individuals and other potential customers to drive sales growth.
  • Onboard affiliates such as event management companies, wedding planners, and dermatology clinics who can refer their clients to GoldSutra.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and potential partnerships to boost sales and affiliate growth.
  • Support the sales team with pitches, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop targeted lead lists for potential affiliates and clients.
  • Coordinate and follow up on meetings, events, and affiliate outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on strategies to promote GoldSutra's rental and sales collections.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing an MBA or similar degree with a focus on sales, marketing, or business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural interest in luxury brands and customer relations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Strong research skills and a proactive approach to discovering new sales and affiliate opportunities.
