In Australia, our mission is to revolutionize how Australians buy cars, aiming for a truly Amazon-like experience where customers can search, purchase, get financing, and arrange delivery fully online.
We strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing a 300-point inspection report and a 6-month warranty on every car, ensuring quality and reliability. Our #1 goal is to make buying cars a joyous and painless experience.
As of now, we have sold over 500 cars and achieved an exceptional NPS score of ~80, backed by a ~150-strong team.
Job Overview
We are seeking a C2B Associate to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers, outperforming competition and maintaining our company's positive image.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams, and build rapport with customers. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
The selected candidate will maintain strong relationships with Australian clients, driving the growth of our used car buying and selling business and contributing to the company's overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them effectively.
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
- Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.
- Aim to retain customers and renew contracts.
- Establish relationships with potential customers.
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cars is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
- Teamwork and leadership skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
Salary Estimate: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
