Senior Business Growth Specialist

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Establish at least 8-10 new qualified appointments per month.
Provide weekly status reports to management on progress.
Send daily emails to US-based prospects and make calls accordingly.
Assist with scheduling face-to-face meetings for conferences and planned travel upon client request.
Complete Lead Handover Documents for all scheduled meetings to help prepare Client Partners for client calls.
Conduct research on target accounts using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other sources to identify relevant contacts and phone numbers within target accounts or MSPs.
Compile research summaries on target companies and industry developments related to the MSP space.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to present well in conversation both in person and over the phone.
Experience calling MSP prospects or direct hiring managers.
Strong persuasive skills to convince prospects to schedule meetings.
Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills to ensure timely follow-ups.
Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively.
Driven by success and meeting goals.
Demonstrated ability to implement sales strategies to gain new relationships and maintain existing ones.
Effective communication with Maxonic Executive Leadership and within the client environment.
Ability to articulate notes clearly and concisely.
Passionate about documenting progress in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
