Job Description

A successful Key Account Manager at Onsurity will be responsible for handling client accounts in a company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company's income, and the key account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, aptitude in networking and building relationships, and in-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling key accounts, and be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities
  1. Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  2. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  3. Be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met.
  4. Bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and develop new relationships with potential clients.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
  6. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  7. Handhold the customer till revenue realization.
Location

We are hiring for Ahmedabad and Mumbai locations. This role offers a great opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company and contribute to its success.

Estimated Salary Range
