Job Description

As a senior software engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of large-scale Java applications within a matrixed organization.

You will lead and contribute to a fast-paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities and collaborating with stakeholders to define business requirements and build data platforms.

Deliver services aimed at revenue generation or operational efficiency improvement by providing L3 production support, including issue resolution, defect fixes, and enhancements.

Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and process-driven leadership to drive project success.

Technical Skills Required
  • Proficiency in Java 8 development with solid core Java knowledge.
  • Understanding of JVM memory management and experience with Spring Boot framework.
  • Skilled in creating Microservices and Web Services using JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Data.
  • Multithreading experience and proficient with ORM tools.
  • Frontend development expertise using React, Redux, and HTML.
  • Database skills, including MSSQL and database performance tuning.
  • Good understanding of design patterns and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and experience across the full software development lifecycle.
General Skills Required
