Our Company is Seeking a Siebel Support Consultant with Experience

We are looking for a Siebel Support Consultant with 7+ years of experience in Siebel Configuration, EIM, Workflows, LINUX scripting, DevOps, and Azure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a product support environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents raised by business users.
  • Fix PL/SQL and EIM Job failures, coordinating with the application DBA and Siebel Admin team.
  • Troubleshoot job failures in Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Resolve issues related to application configuration, Workflow, scripts, etc.
  • Address issues related to Siebel REST API integration.
  • Perform root cause analysis and identify problems.
  • Test new releases and changes.
  • Effectively communicate with Agile team members and business users.
  • Develop innovative solutions to user problems.
  • Drive best practices within teams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Siebel Architecture, Configuration, EIM, and Workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, LINUX scripting, and DevOps.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps pipeline creation and maintenance.
  • Good exposure to Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Knowledge of Siebel integration using REST API, HTTP, and EAI.
  • Ability to analyze and root cause various logs.
  • Prior experience in Siebel Support projects.
  • Good communication skills.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Siebel Configuration, EIM, Workflows, LINUX scripting, DevOps, and Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving Incidents in Product Support environment.
  • Ability to analyze /root cause the various kinds of logs such as crash files, EIM, enterprise, gateway and application logs.
