Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Required Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Agile Development Lead in an IT environment
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience working with remote teams - Agile Development Lead certification is a plus
