New Commercial Real Estate Contract Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the acquisition and development of new-to-industry hub sites. This involves collaborating with transaction managers, legal counsel, landlords, and property owners to prepare lease and land contract exhibits, track critical dates, and ensure all legal obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Review land surveys and resolve title exceptions.
- Coordinate environmental testing and baseline reporting.
- Manage land closings and possession transfers.
- Oversee security deposits and counter-party due diligence.
- Set up rent payments in SAP.
This role is essential for keeping projects on track and ensuring contractual compliance across all development and contracting activities.
Requirements:- University degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of commercial real estate experience with a corporate real estate department, real estate developer, or law firm.
- Familiarity with terms of real estate leases or contracts and general forms of legal documentation.
- Technical proficiency with account management systems such as SAP.
- Critical eye for detail and proactive in taking action on critical dates.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
