Job Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining and growing existing business with new and existing customers in the region.

Key objectives include gaining market share in this region and achieving significant business growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Retain and grow existing business with new and existing customers in the region.
  2. Gain market share in this region.
  3. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth initiatives.
  5. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
