About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing customers in the WEST Region, including Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and more.
- Continuously identify new opportunities within assigned Named Accounts portfolios to meet sales quotas.
- Ensure revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell initiatives in allocated customer portfolios.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to drive retention and adoption, ensuring seamless renewals.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and track key account health metrics, preparing reports on account status.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets while sharing progress updates.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 9+ years of experience in value-based selling of B2B/SaaS/Enterprise products.
- Track record of exceeding revenue goals with exceptional negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of mobile and communication platform technologies.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a focus on consistent face-time with customers.
- Entrepreneurial traits, proactive approach, passion to succeed, and desire to grow.
