Product Quality Assurance Manager

The Product Quality Assurance Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of products shipped to customers meets the highest standards. This involves managing the product quality process, collaborating with suppliers, and implementing quality control measures to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to meet merchant strategy objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, product specifications, and safety standards.
- Analyze customer feedback and return data to identify trends and areas for quality improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor product quality and detect potential issues early on.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve product quality issues and implement solutions that benefit the company as a whole.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
- Proven track record of driving quality improvements, reducing defects, and increasing efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or supply chain management.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and location. Additionally, employees may be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
