Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to drive revenue metrics for existing and new customers through up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Strategize and execute segmentation strategies for revenue growth.
  • Be the voice of the customer by owning consumer inputs across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct regular research to obtain product feedback and translate them to actionable insights.
  • Liaise with the product team for new product GTM, owning the product marketing calendar and regular tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate/MBA in Marketing.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven product marketing experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with omnichannel marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Exposure to FinTech or consumer services preferred.
