Job Description

We are seeking a Data Science Engineer - Machine Learning Specialist with 1-3 years of experience who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and solutions. As a member of our cross-functional team, you will develop and implement machine learning models, analyze data, and optimize workflows to drive business decisions. This role offers opportunities for growth and innovation in a fully remote environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, Build, and Implement Machine Learning Models: Develop and deploy machine learning pipelines using Python and relevant libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover valuable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
  • Data Visualization: Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards and reports for stakeholders using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib.
  • Algorithm Optimization: Optimize machine learning algorithms for scalability and performance.
  • Hypothesis Testing: Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses.
  • Communication: Communicate findings and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch), strong SQL knowledge, and experience working with data visualization tools.
  • CLOUD Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
