The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Champion to join our team at Snaphunt. This is a leadership role that requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via chat, call, or email.
  • Resolve customer service issues with the highest quality and according to set metrics.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions using CRM and proprietary tools.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and provide excellent customer experience.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to deliver outstanding results.
  • Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback to team leaders and managers.
  • Focus on productivity and quality metrics, including chats handled, resolution time, and CSAT scores.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in the Telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, Windows OS, and communication tools.
  • Strong mentorship and coaching skills to build high-performing teams.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.
  • Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
