The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Champion to join our team at Snaphunt. This is a leadership role that requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via chat, call, or email.
- Resolve customer service issues with the highest quality and according to set metrics.
- Accurately document all customer interactions using CRM and proprietary tools.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and provide excellent customer experience.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to deliver outstanding results.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback to team leaders and managers.
- Focus on productivity and quality metrics, including chats handled, resolution time, and CSAT scores.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in the Telecommunications industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, Windows OS, and communication tools.
- Strong mentorship and coaching skills to build high-performing teams.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.
- Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
