• Two or more years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns.
• A skilled professional capable of creating, managing, and optimizing high-return-on-ad-spend Facebook Ad campaigns.

• Proactive in identifying new strategies and innovative ways to enhance results.
• Experienced in managing budgets and ensuring adherence to monthly key performance indicators and targets.

• Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns daily for Scaling Wolves' e-commerce and D2C clients.
• Develop and execute effective strategies, including audience research, copywriting, and creative ideas.
• Generate regular reports from Facebook Ad Manager with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and copywriters to ensure campaign success.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta advertising trends and tactics.
• Conduct in-depth market research to refine targeting and maximize performance.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a reliable expert.
• Leverage data and analytics to align campaigns with client business objectives.
• Bonus: Experience with Google Ads is a valuable asset
