Sales Support
The Sales Administration Lead will be responsible for providing sales support to the sales team, including order management, contract management, and sales performance analysis. This role will also involve collaborating with sales representatives to address customer needs and support sales initiatives.
Forecasting
The Sales Administration Lead will develop and implement demand planning processes to accurately forecast sales volumes and customer demand. This role will also involve collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment of demand forecasts with production schedules and inventory levels.
Team Management
The Sales Administration Lead will provide leadership and guidance to the sales operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. This role will also involve developing training programs for sales support teams to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
The Sales Administration Lead will monitor and analyze sales performance indicators, including sales vs forecast and budget. This role will also involve tracking and analyzing customer service metrics, including customer service level, lead time, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.
Operational Excellence
The Sales Administration Lead will implement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction metrics. This role will also involve ensuring adherence to processes, especially with IT systems, and working on continuous improvement to streamline processes.
Customer Experience Enhancement
The Sales Administration Lead will initiate and lead initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience. This role will also involve identifying customer pain points to propose improvements and streamlining sales support processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
Educational Background
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in engineering or Master's degree in Business field and 10-15 years of experience in business operations.
