Job Title: Behavioral Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children with developmental disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing direct therapy sessions to children with developmental disorders based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments under supervision
• Collecting, graphing, and analyzing data to monitor child progress toward goals and making data-driven decisions
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists to ensure holistic care for children
• Documenting session notes, progress, and maintaining accurate client records in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is highly preferred
• Candidates with ongoing or completed coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) are encouraged to apply
