Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SCCM Administrator to join our team at Stefanini. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining the SCCM/MECM hierarchy, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues related to different SCCM/MECM components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the SCCM/MECM hierarchy, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to SCCM/MECM components, including Management Point, Distribution Point, Reporting Services, Software Update Point, WSUS, Cloud Management Gateway, and IBCM.
  • Create and deploy applications and packages via SCCM, ensuring seamless integration with the MDM platform.
  • Manage endpoints and servers using SCCM, troubleshooting client-related issues to ensure SCCM/MECM client health.
  • Ensure servers and endpoints are patched on a monthly basis via SCCM/MECM, adhering to established standards.
  • Generate monthly reports through SSRS, create patching dashboards, client health dashboards, and custom reports based on customer requirements.
  • Have a basic understanding of operating system deployment concepts and possess a fair technical understanding of task sequences and troubleshooting.
  • Perform regular Intune/Co-Management tasks, including adding users, user groups, assigning Intune licenses, and device enrollment.
  • Manage MDM and MAM policies, customize the company portal, assign apps to groups or users, and configure app protection policies.
  • Manage incidents and work requests in ITSM tools, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High-level understanding and proven management of SCCM hierarchy.
  • Experience with MDM Platform Intune/Co-management.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating system, patching, enterprise-class desktop hardware and software, remote management, and troubleshooting.
  • Advance knowledge and technical ability of WSUS within SCCM/MECM, patching concepts, best practices, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple requests with frequently conflicting priorities.
  • Strong team player, collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.
  • Understanding of multi-tiered SLA management, incident management, change management, and problem management.
