Job Title: Senior Culinary Manager
Reports to: Executive Chef
- Direct Reports: Sous Chefs, Kitchen Managers
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Culinary Manager to lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and be committed to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service delivery and high-quality food products.
- Lead by example, demonstrating expertise in food preparation, presentation, and plating.
- Develop and implement menu concepts, including recipes and pricing strategies.
- Manage inventory levels, control costs, and optimize food waste reduction.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to drive culinary innovation and excellence throughout the hotel.
- Coach and develop direct reports to achieve their full potential and meet performance goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning, and food safety.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:
