Are you seeking a challenging role as an IWCF and IADC accredited instructor?

We offer a unique opportunity to deliver well control and well sharp courses onsite and virtually, while collaborating with global training sites and instructors across multiple regions.

The position can be based in either Chennai or Dubai, and we welcome applications from candidates located in these regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver IWCF well control and IADC well sharp courses
  • Maintain oil and gas course materials
  • Develop oil and gas courses and SIM snaps as per client requirements
  • Customize oil and gas courses and SIM snaps as per client requirements

We are seeking an experienced instructor with a minimum of 5+ years' experience in delivering IWCF WC and IADC WS courses, holding the following certificates:

  • IWCF Drilling Certificate – Supervisor Level 4 Certificate (Surface & Subsea)
  • IWCF Drilling Certificate – Instructor Certificate (Surface & Subsea)
  • IADC Drilling Certificate – Instructor Certificate (Surface & Subsea)
  • IADC Well Service & Workover Certificate – Instructor Certificate

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated to deliver a better learning experience for participants
  • Appropriate level of experience and generally the following skill sets:
    • Driven to design and develop new training programs and modify existing curriculum to meet participant needs
    • Skilled in delivering key points of information to a diverse group of people
    • Helps participants obtain the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in a fast-paced setting
    • Develops interpersonal skills while offering a complete thorough lesson plan
    • Highly organized Job Specialist Trainer successful at managing people and time
    • Prompt feedback on training assessments, participant behavior, and overall effectiveness of each training session
    • Must be highly self-driven and result-oriented
    • Must have excellent communication skills
    • A structured way of working, showing attention to detail
    • Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
