Casantro is a luxury kitchens and wardrobes brand, co-created with a community of over 1000+ design professionals. Headquartered in Bangalore, we are rapidly expanding our retail presence all across India. We service architects and interior designers exclusively.
We take pride in offering premium quality products, which encompass full kitchens and wardrobes, as well as shutters, curtains, wallpapers, flooring, hardware, and accessories. Our extensive range of finishes includes PU, veneer, acrylic, membrane, and laminates.
With designs that embody the philosophy of Poetry in Design, we offer products that are sure to be the trends of today, and tomorrow.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Educate about Casantro product portfolio (Shutters and Kitchen/ Wardrobe/ Storage solutions) and onboard dealers.
- Conduct promotional activities from time to time to develop market adoption of Casantro products.
- Ensure an adequate number of dealers are appointed in every locality.
- Appoint new counters and increase share of business with existing counters.
- Overachieve sales revenue targets by ensuring high levels of trade engagement and product awareness.
- Collaborate with category and cross-functional teams to help in gathering market feedback.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate with min 4 years experience or Post Graduate with min 3 years experience in handling dealer sales channels.
- Experience in handling dealer channels with reputed interior industry brands like Hettich, Ebco, Greenlam etc.
- A strong network in the Interior design studio and Architect community will be beneficial.
- An insatiable hunger for success and sales excellence is essential.
