Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager is responsible for following established procedures in ordering, receiving, storing, distributing and payment of items.

This role entails formulating an approved vendors list encompassing all categories.

Candidate Requirements
  • A 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or a related major
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in Purchasing or a related field

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be readily available/approachable for all customers and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing Work, Projects, Policies, and Standards for Purchasing Across Departments
  • Generating and providing accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
  • Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.
  • Assuring sanitation compliance.

The Procurement Manager will assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of purchasing to ensure quality and profitability. This includes ordering all food and beverage based on business needs and maintaining sanitation and safety standards as specified in brand guidelines.

Demonstrating and Applying Financial Knowledge
  • Demonstrating knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.
  • Using computers and computer systems to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information.
  • Verifying that profits and losses are documented accurately.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to lead, influence, and encourage others.

Maintaining Financial Goals
  • Submitting reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.
  • Achieving and exceeding goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc.
