We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales and Business Development Expert to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential customers, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through targeted outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of potential clients and present tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales and business development, a strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech), and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Engineering Technique is a leading provider of engineering design services, SOLIDWORKS software solutions, and additive manufacturing expertise in India. Our team supports manufacturing companies in product engineering, enabling them to create new products, reduce costs, and bring products to market faster.

We estimate an annual salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 (INR) for this position, depending on qualifications and experience.
