Job Summary:
Sparshcorp is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive business growth through effective communication, client relationship management, and sales activities. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B segment and IT Services sales, and be proficient in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the IT Services segment.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain our products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B segment and IT Services sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with relevant CRM software is a plus.
