Job Summary:
Sparshcorp is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive business growth through effective communication, client relationship management, and sales activities. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B segment and IT Services sales, and be proficient in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the IT Services segment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain our products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B segment and IT Services sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant CRM software is a plus.
