Program Management Position Overview">

The Program Manager will oversee multiple projects and work with teams committed to making a tangible impact in communities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and overseeing diverse projects with specialized teams
  • Ensuring successful achievement of project targets
  • Preparing and submitting activity reports to stakeholders
  • Forging and maintaining partnerships for collaborative success
  • Traveling within and outside the region for project implementation
  • Building a volunteer-mentor base and coordinating with volunteers involved with the projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in non-profit program management
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
  • A positive, community-focused mindset
  • Empathy
