We are seeking a skilled Tel e-calling Sales Executive to join our team at Admirz +. This role is perfect for someone who excels in communication, data handling, and strategic planning to build new opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
About the Role:
- You will play a key role in driving growth for AstroShaadi TM by onboarding new astrologers, managing existing relationships, and confidently addressing their queries.
- Astrologer and Customer Management:
- Possible responsibilities may include:
- Excel Expertise:
- Use Microsoft Excel to manage data, create reports, and analyze trends to drive decision-making.
- Strategic Outreach:
- Identify potential astrologers/customers, reach out, and pitch AstroShaadi’s unique services to onboard them.
- Sales Support:
- Support sales activities with data-driven insights and customer/astrologer interaction for smoother conversion processes.
- Team Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and meet business objectives.
- Problem Solving:
- Analyze challenges astrologers and customers face, propose solutions, and escalate issues as needed.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in business development, BPO, customer support, tel ecalling, or lead generation.
- Excel Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including using functions, creating dashboards, and handling large data sets.
- Communication Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Sales Expertise:
- Proven ability to pitch services, negotiate, and close deals.
- Organizational Skills:
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
- Customer-Centric:
- A passion for building strong customer and astrologer relationships and enhancing their experience.
- Possible responsibilities may include:
