**Job Title:** Senior Lead Analyst

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through your expertise in reconciliation development and database management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IntelliMatch and SQL, with experience in designing and implementing new changes, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and client teams, and providing analytical and subject matter expertise into broader strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new changes in partnership with internal stakeholders and client teams.
  • Provide analytical and subject matter expertise into broader strategic initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to identify pain areas and process efficiencies.
  • Support UAT testing and conduct thorough regression testing to delivery high quality defect free changes to Production ensuring platform stability.
  • On-board new reconciliations and maintain existing reconciliations adhering to the reconciliations standards laid down in the project.
  • Ensure the reconciliations platform is compliant with all non-discretionary change i.e., mandatory changes, regulatory changes and FIS software & hardware policies.

Requirements:

  • 4 - 8 years of strong reconciliation development experience in all modules of IntelliMatch (Recollector, Admin, Reconciliation).
  • 4 - 8 years of strong database experience in SQL.
  • Self-starter with good interpersonal skills and a solution driven approach.
  • Knowledge of IntelliMatch NextGen is desirable.
  • Scripting languages such as POWERSHELL, Windows Batch Scripting will be an added advantage.
  • Working experience with Jira, ServiceNow will be useful.
  • Extensive experience of software/service solutions delivered on a hosted and managed basis including SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of the financial services marketplace.
  • Reconciliation knowledge.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships portraying deep technical and functional expertise.
  • Knowledge of Project Methodology viz. AGILE, Waterfall etc.
  • Competent in best practice principals of risk, information security and compliance.
