Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Growth Strategist to spearhead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the FMCG or food industry. Strong leadership skills, excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, and strategic thinking are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop performance benchmarks and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Organize training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
In addition to your sales expertise, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and partners. You will act as the primary point of contact for client queries and feedback, ensuring exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and inspiring sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A competitive salary range of ₹5,00,000 - ₹7,50,000 per annum.
