Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Luxury Space Planner to join our team at Rashmi Metaliks Limited. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional design concepts that align with client needs and project objectives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in space planning, material selection, and 3D modelling. You will work closely with clients to determine their style preferences, requirements, and budget constraints. Additionally, you will develop project cost estimates and ensure the design process remains within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create innovative and functional design concepts that meet client needs and project objectives.
  • Develop space layouts that effectively use available space and adhere to safety, accessibility, and functional guidelines.
  • Research and source appropriate furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes, balancing quality, cost, and client preferences.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine their style preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Use design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) to produce design renderings, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Work closely with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of the project from start to finish.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong creative and artistic abilities to conceptualize and visualize design ideas.
  • Excellent space planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and material specifications.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
